☕ Causffee Return & Exchange Policy
At Causffee, we proudly roast small-batch, ethically sourced coffee and we want you to love every cup. While we don’t offer traditional returns on coffee due to freshness and safety, we stand behind every order and are here to help if something goes wrong.
📦 Coffee & Perishable Items
All coffee purchases are final sale and non-returnable, even if unopened.
However, if your order is:
• Damaged
• Incorrect
• Or has a quality issue
We’ll do our best to make it right, typically with a replacement or store credit. A return is not required.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and offer a resolution.
🛍️ Non-Coffee Items (Merch, Mugs, Accessories)
We accept returns on non-coffee items within 30 days of delivery if:
• The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
• Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the item was incorrect or defective
🧾 How to Request Help
To request a return, refund, or replacement:
• Email support@causffee.com
• Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if needed
• Our team will review and respond as quickly as possible with next steps
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
💳 Return Shipping Costs
• For non-defective returns: customer pays return shipping
• For incorrect, damaged, or defective items: we’ll cover return costs or waive them entirely
